The role of the Society in the social life of the US in the past half century was particularly stressed at the letter.
“I congratulate all the people who mark the 50th jubilee of ASA. People of the world have been coming to our country to get freedom and achieve their dreams for many centuries. America is turned to the hopefulness and brilliant country as a result of activity of various nations. American Azerbaijanis have been example to other nations for their talent, skill and hardworking, they did their best for the prosperity of the country. I welcome your being committed to your traditions, culture and history. We are proud of American Azerbaijanis who have made the US better place to live.
