[HOT NEWS]“Tereggi” president Rizvan Kerimov was arrested, Nesimi District prosecutor Agshin Ziyadov told APA. He said that Rizvan Kerimov is found guilty under the Article 222-1.2 (violence of construction rules) of the Crimes Code. The court sent him to custody for 2 months. He will be sentenced to 1-4 years in jail if accusation is proved by the court. The prosecutor said that the investigation on the case continues. A crime case under the Article 222.2 (violence of construction security rules) of the Crimes Code has started in connection with the decline of 140 tone drilling-pile device on one-stored building during the construction work by “Tereqqi” MTK in Nasimi District.“Azertunel” company’s machinist operator Selim Ismayilov and worker Nurmemmed Ismayilov have been detained and they were appealed to Nesimi District Court.Residents Mehriban Alekberova, 42, and Konul Alekberova, 21, died in result of the accident. Injured Elkhan Alekberov, 1, was taken to the hospital.
